My passion for real estate began over 20 years ago as an investor. As an investor you need to be on the mark when it comes to evaluating properties, determining value and being a strong negotiator! My Midwestern roots guide my "get it done" work ethic and to treat people as if they are family. The skills I've learned as in investor and the values instilled in me led me to help others reach their real estate goals. To me there is no better feeling than seeing the smiles on the faces of my satisfied clients.
Although I am not a native Delawarean, I moved to Delaware as a young child when my father took a job with DuPont and I quickly embraced the tight-knit community. Today, my friends often refer to me as the "Mayor." My love for building strong relationships and meeting new people has allowed me to build a business that I am passionate about.
